The hearth is a place of warmth, love, and connection—a space to gather and share what matters most.

The Hearth Method honors the sacred nature of personal growth, grounded in the belief that we become more fully ourselves when we feel supported and safe.

Offerings

Practice is grounded in Hatha yoga and guided through a trauma-informed approach. Sessions are shaped by breath and intention, with quiet attention to alignment, functional movement, and inner resilience. The expression of a posture is allowed to evolve—varying from body to body and from moment to moment. Yoga is approached not as something to complete, but as a practice of listening and return. Participants are invited to choose the pace and form that best supports them.

The Hearth Method is offered through private in-home sessions and thoughtfully designed special events. This model is especially supportive for parents with limited availability, individuals navigating mobility challenges, and those recovering from injury. By bringing the practice into familiar environments or meaningful gatherings, sessions prioritize ease, accessibility, and individualized care. All bodies and experience levels are welcome.
